LES ABRONS VOYAGES A CHEVAL 47440 PAILLOLES - horse rides,horse trips , travels on horseback, in France and abroad
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
To register we ask you to pay a 10% deposit upon registration.
The balance should be paid by cheque or in cash 15 days before the horse ride departure.

As cancellations may happen until the day before departure, it is possible to register at the last moment.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before departure the 10% deposit will not be reimbursed but can be used for another horse ride.
Less than 5 days before departure or in case of absence we will keep the totality of the payment.
PARENTAL CONSENT
The minimum age for riders is 16 years. For unaccompanied minors we are requesting parental consent for the horse ride, transports to/from the station or airport, the transport related to the horse ride, hospitalisation or some medical care if needed.
INSURANCES
The Ferme équestre des Abrons has subscribed a professional liability riding insurance with the insurance firm Marraud-Hipassur covering:
its responsibility
the participants’ liability in case of corporal injuries and material damages when their responsibility is proven.
For the rider an individual insurance covering the « individual risks » of horse riding is advised: licence-insurance of the FFE (French governing body for equestrian sport) - possibility to subscribe to this insurance on site before the departure - or other.
Cancellation insurance: strongly advised in case of unforeseen circumstances, to be subscribed with the organism of your choice.
GROUPS
With a maximum of 10 riders all departures within France are guaranteed. For horse rides abroad a minimum of 8 riders is required to ensure departure.

For a group of friends coming together (minimum 8 participants) we can organise special rides others than those on the programme (Basque country, Green Périgord…)
